Description

We are looking for a senior project manager for a comprehensive and mission-critical assignment in schedule and payroll management. The assignment is linked to a recently implemented system support for payroll and scheduling, which involves changed working methods, processes, and distribution of responsibilities.

In this role, you will lead a complex assignment focusing on organization, processes, and governance related to schedule management and payroll disbursement. You will have overall responsibility and collaborate with the working group, steering committee, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate the assignment regarding organization and working methods for schedule and working time planning

  • Ensure clear roles, responsibilities, and workflows related to schedule management

  • Be responsible for the development and implementation of governing and supporting documents

  • Act as a presenter in the steering committee and maintain ongoing dialogue with relevant stakeholders

  • Ensure optimal staffing in line with laws, regulations, and the needs of the organization

  • Develop support materials for managers, such as for calculating resource and staffing needs

  • Ensure that schedule and payroll processes function effectively and correctly in practice

QualificationsMust-Have Requirements (must be clearly stated in CV)
  • Experience in implementing the Heroma schedule and payroll system in a government authority, where irregular working hours occur

  • Experience in introducing organization, roles, and responsibilities for schedule management

  • Documented experience in leading complex projects or assignments with overall responsibility for governance, follow-up, and reporting

  • Many years of experience in leading large IT development projects

  • Many years of experience with agile working methods

  • Very good understanding of schedule and payroll processes, HR processes, and payroll services

  • Very good ability to speak and write Swedish fluently

  • Swedish citizenship (requirement for security classification)

Nice-to-Have Requirements
  • Experience in change management

  • Experience in organizational development

  • Experience in organizational changes related to schedule management

  • Experience in information security within government, municipalities, regions, or larger organizations (>100 employees)

Conditions
  • Assignment Type: Consulting assignment

  • You will be employed by us and rented out to the client

  • Scope: 100%

  • Location: Stockholm, work will mainly be on-site 5 days/week. Some possibility for remote work in consultation with the client

  • Start Date: 2026-02-09

  • The client requires security classification: The assignment cannot start until security classification is completed
